Laneway Festival Lineup Announced

The Laneway Festival seems to be taking another big step to becoming one of Australia’s most popular and loved Festival.
With M83 performing last year, Laneway jumped from becoming a little known private festivals for the die-hard fans, to becoming a showcase of some of the most promising artists.

Linkin Park & Stone Sour Sidewave Announced

Linkin Park is the first of many Sidewaves to be announced out of the massive 2013 Soundwave lineup, and performing with them will be popular heavy band Stone Sour.
Linkin Park are said to be bringing back their “old school anthems” on tour, while frontman of Stone Sour, and Slipknot, Corey Taylor, says he is pumped to be at the Soundwave festival two years running, and will be releasing their upcoming album as well as a comic book strip shortly.

Daft Punk to play at Future?

The lineup, date, or even location is yet to be announced, yet Daft Punk has been strongly linked to playing at the 2013 future music festival. With Falls, Big Day Out, Stereosonic and Soundwave out of the way, all eyes have turned to Future and what they can produce after a lineup this year which could have been from a US or European festival. 

Acts such as The Strokes, The Stone Roses and The Ting Tings have also been rumoured to appear, yet it is remained to be seen if Future can follow up from their performance this year.
